3. Subscription & Billing

The Service is provided on a subscription basis.

Payments

Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

  • We do not store payment card details
  • Billing information (e.g. company name, address, VAT number) is stored by us

Renewal

  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
  • You may cancel at any time through your account

Fees

  • All fees are stated at the time of purchase
  • Fees are non-refundable unless required by law

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Upload or distribute unlawful content
  • Infringe intellectual property rights
  • Transmit harmful or malicious code
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Attempt unauthorised access to systems or data

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you upload (e.g. slides, text, images, videos).

By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to:

  • Process
  • Display

your content solely to provide the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to upload and use that content.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

We process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation.

7. Service Availability

We aim to provide a reliable Service but do not guarantee that it will be:

  • Uninterrupted
  • Error-free
  • Always available

  • Perform maintenance
  • Suspend access where necessary

8. Intellectual Property

All rights in the Service (excluding user content) are owned by Ballyalban Limited.

You may not:

  • Your subscription lapses

You may stop using the Service at any time.

Upon termination:
